A refreshing drink with a pronounced tangerine flavor combined with milk will not only quench your thirst... eggnog is very rich, quite suitable for Breakfast or dinner. As with raw chicken eggs still dangerous to cook, I used quail (they are not prone to Salmonella). Help yourself!

The products that we need for Mandarin eggnog:
The most difficult to separate the whites from the yolks in quail eggs. Proteins are put away in the fridge. In blender, Mandarin oranges turn into juice (the remains of the films I triturated through a sieve). Add the egg yolks, powdered sugar, and beat until receipt lush mass.
Whites beat until stable peaks.
Pour in milk, stir and enter proteins.
Whites gently to prevent a spoon with the bulk until smooth. Pour in kremanku.
