Watermelon smoothies for diet
How useful watermelon, not to describe in a nutshell.   • Flakes cereal

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Watermelon

    150 g

It's very simple and very fast. Pour in a Cup to blender with 2 tbsp of cereal. I took a mixture of 7 cereals. Pour hot water ( about 4 tablespoons) and allow to infuse for 3 minutes.

Cut 150 grams (about) of watermelon, add to cereal and punching blender.
