If you cook Sunday Breakfast, try a great dish, the basis of which the invention of Oscar - muesli. Muesli was invented in the early XX century Swiss physician, one of the first nutriologo, Maximilian Oscar Beecher Benner. In his sanatorium near Zurich, he was treated with proper nutrition, which was attended by fruits, vegetables and nuts, and white bread and meat were practically eliminated. The doctor began to mix dry oatmeal with nuts, grated Apple and pour the orange juice, and now it's the Swiss national dish.

Cooking
For the preparation of muesli oat flakes dry on a dry frying pan until light brown colour. Use extra oatmeal from the Mistral.

Add honey, mix well. Pour cereal, raspberry yogurt, sprinkle with mixture of nuts and dried fruit, add berries. Let stand 5 minutes to allow the flakes to be fed with fruit juice and swollen.
