Description
Dushbara - a dish of Azerbaijani cuisine is a soup on a transparent mutton broth with small dumplings with minced mutton. My recipe differs from the original: first, I replaced the lamb more familiar to us minced beef and pork, and secondly, added to the broth vegetables.

Cooking
