Cooking
The first thing we need to make a dense broth of fish and shrimp. Fill our fish and seafood 300ml. water and bring to a boil. Remove the foam so many times that it no longer formed. I got 5.
Oyster mushrooms, zucchini and leek wash and cut. Leeks - rings, zucchini and oyster mushroom slices.
Warm up the wok (or regular pan), add the Wok sauce from Kikkoman.
We spread our vegetables and cook 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Get the fish from the broth and the seafood, again bring to a boil, pour salted soy sauce.
In boiling water, put the Udon noodles, cook for 8 minutes without closing the lid. Due to the fact that the noodles cooked in the broth, the broth becomes very thick, almost like gravy.
Next you need to assemble our soup, as I wrote above, only You decide in what proportions will be made Your soup. For example, I love a lot of noodles, vegetables with mushrooms and a little seafood. All this I put in a bowl, pour broth. The soup is so thick that it can be eaten with chopsticks, using the broth as a sauce.
