Cooking

step-0
Pickled mushrooms (small) fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan with their tops down (turn not!). Mushrooms (fresh), finely chop and fry in vegetable oil. Green onions, dill and parsley finely chop. Eggs boiled and finely chop. Chicken (or fillet) to boil, cool and cut into cubes. Cheese (I have a "Gouda") to cut small cubes.
step-1
Take a round shape: the 1st layer – pickled fried mushrooms spread on the bottom of the form with their tops down.
step-2
2nd layer – chopped greens.
step-3
3rd layer – eggs, the top layer of mayonnaise.
step-4
4th layer - fried mushrooms, a layer of mayonnaise.
step-5
5th layer of chicken, layer of mayonnaise.
step-6
6th layer – cheese layer of mayonnaise.
step-7
Now we put our salad in the fridge for a day! In a day take it out and gently spread on a dish. This requires our form of salad to cover the dish, flip the dish on the table and gently shake. Turns out the salad is very smooth on all edges. Very tasty, beautiful and unusual! Bon appetit!
