Baked cabbage with mushrooms
Simple, affordable, it is not troublesome to prepare the dish. Side dish, appetizer, warm salad... whatever! Delicious in any capacity.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    1 sprig

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Shred cabbage into strips. Put in a sleeve for baking. Add the chopped rosemary, Basil, salt and pepper to taste and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.

Tie the sleeve on both sides and shake it. So Kale is evenly mixed with spices and butter. To make several punctures in the package and put it in a baking dish. Put in preheated oven to 190* and cook for 25-35 minutes. (focus on your oven) (serves a greater number of sprouts, respectively, and the cooking time increases) Actually, the cabbage is ready for consumption! An excellent side dish or filling for pies.

While the cabbage is baked, onion, roughly chopped, fry until soft in vegetable oil (1 tbsp) on medium heat.

Mushrooms cut into strips, add them to the onions and cook 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. I used white mushrooms, but with mushrooms it turns out not worse!

A form of cabbage remove from the oven. Carefully cut off one tip of the sleeve (carefully, look out for hot steam!), take the sleeve for the second tip and put the cabbage in shape. Add the onions and mushrooms, stir and cook in the oven for another 3-5 minutes. (in order that all the ingredients finally "made friends" with each other)
