This is my first recipe on this site, looking here recipes mackerel was convinced that this exactly is not. This is my favorite recipe for mackerel cooked in the oven. This dish is suitable for cooking both in weekday and holiday. The recipe I found online, the author is unfortunately not known to me. Cooking
Mackerel cut into fillets, cut into medium pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Fry chopped onion and grated carrots in vegetable oil.
In another pan fry the mackerel in vegetable oil until Golden brown 1 minute on both sides until Golden brown (a is not roasted so as not to expose the fish superfluous heat treatment).
On a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, put carrots fried with onions ( I have a round glass pan).
Vegetable pillow lay the mackerel.
Make the sauce: mix mayonnaise with sour cream and grated cheese, add a little water and add the dill, stir (I have this time, dry dill). Shading should not be too thick.
Pour evenly mackerel fill. Cheese remains on top.
Put in the oven for 25 minutes. After time get a platter and serve with any side dish. Carrots and onions also gives a very delicate taste. Bon appetit!
