Dry jam from plums
I love jam, but don't like when there are a lot of syrup. Offer the recipe jam from plums in the oven. It turns jam-like jam, thick, sour. The recipe is very simple and the result delicious.

For this jam you will need a large solid plum. Cut them in half, remove the pit, put tightly to each other and cut up. It is better to take a deep baking tray on the bottom to put parchment or a nonstick Mat.

Pour on top of plums sugar plums placed between the sticks of cinnamon (this is optional).

Put in a preheated to 200 gr. the oven for 30 minutes. Then switch to 50-60 Gy (if there is a fan turn it on)and leave for about 5-6 hours getting ready on. I started making jam at 9 p.m., 2 a.m., turned off the oven and leave the tray there until morning.
