Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    4 Tbsp

Cut the fish along with the range in small steaks,

Put it in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, mix well (but gently, so as not collapsed) and set aside to proclivities for 4 hours (without refrigeration).

Make marinade: mix all the ingredients and add the onions, cut into rings. The marinade can be done immediately or when the fish is already salted - this is optional...

After 4 hours the fish we thoroughly washed, place it in a bowl with the marinade and sent another 4 hours in the refrigerator to marinate. That's all, then take it out and enjoy... If the fish is not eaten immediately, which is unlikely, then standing in the marinade, it becomes only more delicious (if possible, it is best to pomarinovat the fish a little longer, I sometimes leave it overnight).
