Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    800 g

  • Meat

    250 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spices

Clean the mushrooms, chop and fry onion (diced).

Grind chicken, add the cooled mushrooms, spices, salt, 2 eggs, mix well. Add the pepper, diced.

Fold the prepared mixture into the form, greased with butter and bake at 200 g for 15 minutes. Allow to cool, cut into slices. Served with creamy garlic sauce.
