Ingredients

    1 kg

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

The fish is cleaned, separated from the bones, remove the skin.

Cut into thin slices.

Mix salt with sugar. Lay the pieces of fish layers, sprinkling salt and lubricating oil. Pieces of the abdomen to tuck in the last turn at the top and the oil doesn't lubricate.
