  • Water

    2.5 l

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Margarine

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

Cooking

The water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

In boiling water put the diced processed cheese and stir until completely dissolved.

Then add finely chopped potatoes and cook until tender.

Fry in margarine carrots, grated on a coarse grater, finely cut onions, add to the soup.

At the end of cooking add the finely chopped eggs.

And finely chopped greens, season with salt and pepper. Bon appetit!
