Cooking
The poppy seeds to soak in a warm sugar syrup.
Raisins (seedless) wash, dry.
Makes 1 cake: 1 egg, 0.5 Cup. sugar, 0.5 cups. sour cream, 0,5 stack. flour, a little soda, crushed nuts.
To do 2 Korzh: 1 egg, 0.5 Cup. sugar, 0.5 cups. sour cream, 0,5 stack. flour, a little soda, prepared Mac.
3 to make the cake: 1 egg, 0.5 Cup. sugar, 0.5 cups. sour cream, 0,5 stack. flour, a little soda, prepared raisins.
Each cake, bake in a round baking dish greased with oil, for 20-25 minutes at temperature of 180-200C.
While baked cakes, make cream: with a mixer to whip the cream, then add soft butter and condensed milk (do not boil).
Finished cakes to put on each other, lubricating cream, in the following order: cake with nuts, cake with poppy seeds, cake with raisins.
Decorate as desired with grated chocolate and coconut.
