Roast chicken and mushrooms in sour cream
The recipe is very old. This is a cross between the first and second dish. Such first second, because a lot of the delicious sauce. Nothing new, but can someone and useful.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Chicken fillet

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Carrots and onions cut into cubes, toss in pan or cauldron with non-stick coating, where the poured oil. Stew the mixture slightly.

Slice the potatoes and add to the pot. Fill with water, but that potato water is not covered, mushrooms and potatoes turns on the water.

While all the above is cooking, cut mushrooms (raw), and send the same direction.

Through 25-30 minutes, when the potato is almost done add sour cream, salt and seasoning. Cook for another 10 minutes. Turn off, add herbs and squeeze the garlic. Very simple and tasty food. Gravy is simply extraordinary.
