Sauce with gooseberries for the winter
All are used, the gooseberry is a berry, and therefore, it makes jam or compote, and few people know that it can be used as the main raw material for cooking sauces. A wonderful sauce can be prepared from these berries, it is perfect for meat, also it can be eaten as an independent dish. Flavorful sauce in no way resembles, even to taste, that it is a berry, like a gooseberry. Only occasionally glimpsed a delicate fruity note, when the sauce will taste.

Ingredients

  • Gooseberry

  • Tomato

Prepare our products. All vegetables and gooseberry to wash, dry, onion and garlic clean.

Chop the vegetables, onion and garlic into large chunks and grind all together with gooseberries in a blender or through a meat grinder.

To shift into a bowl, add all the spices, salt, sugar, in addition to oil, stir and leave to stand for at least 10 minutes to salt, sugar is melted and the spices gave its fragrance. Be sure to try in 10 minutes and adjust to your taste, number of sugar and vinegar depends on the ripeness and sweetness of gooseberries, tomatoes and peppers.
