Cooking
Carrots wash, peel and cut into slices.
Onion peeled, cut into small cubes and fry with carrots in a saucepan with hot oil, about 5 minutes.
Potatoes wash, peel, cut into small cubes.
Potatoes add to the pan the onions and carrots, pour hot broth, bring to a boil and cook at a low boil for 7-10 minutes.
Sweet pepper wash, remove stem, seeds and partitions, cut into cubes.
In a pan, add peppers, beans along with tomato sauce, hot pepper, thyme. For spice add a sweet naturally brewed soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Cook for 5 minutes or until the potatoes are done. In the end, add pre-cooked pasta, adjust the desired thickness of the soup by adding the necessary amount of broth. If necessary, season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Allow to stand 10 minutes and serve.
When serving, sprinkle with fresh thyme (if desired). Bon appetit!
