Spring salad with herring
Very fond of such salads. It's just harmoniously matched an explosion of flavors. The salad is spring-bright, very tasty with a huge number of vitamins and minerals so necessary for us in the spring.

Ingredients

  • Herring

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Bow white

  • Pepper

  • Cranberry

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vinegar

  • Black pepper

Onion peeled, cut into half rings, then place them in a bowl and pour the vinegar. Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes. I used rice vinegar, making onions interesting taste.

Herring cut into fillets, remove all bones and skin. Cut filet into strips. In a salad you can use eggs or milk, but because of them, the salad will be slightly bitter.
