Salad with chicken and Korean carrot
Simple but very tasty salad.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

Cooking

Chicken fillet boil, cool and cut into cubes or strips, as you prefer.

Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil.

Korean carrots (store-bought salad carrots) cut into small strips.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

All combine and season with salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise, mix well. Decorate as you like, I just sprinkled on top of green onions and serve.
