Yeast dough I knead using a bread machine, but You can knead the dough in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm milk and cream, add the yeast and leave for 5-10 minutes.
To prepare these rolls I used brown sugar, obtained as an incentive prize for the contest "Sweet story".
In the bread machine bucket add the brown sugar, the sifted flour, softened butter, salt, egg.

Allow dough to increase in volume in 2-3 times in a warm place.
Put the dough on the table, Eminem well, cover with film and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 18 equal portions (about 40 grams), formed balls.
