Turkish pizza
Kimali Pide. Amazingly delicious pizza. Soft, gentle, just extraordinary dough. Daughter called pide pizza pumps. The site has a recipe for pide, but this recipe is absolutely a different dough. Not the dough, but a fairy tale. The recipe is not going to exhibit, but was so pleased with the result, that still dares. For the recipe thanks to Tanya-Shkoda-!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Yeast

  • Chicken egg

First knead the dough. Milk, margarine, honey, salt, heat until warm, beat the egg, stir. Yeast (dry) to mix with the flour, pour in the milk mixture, knead the dough. Put in a Cup, cover, put in a warm place. I cover with cling film and a towel, put in the oven on 50C. Very quickly fit a dough that way.

Prepare the filling. Cut onion finely. Pepper cut into strips or cubes. Fry the onion, add bell pepper, sauté a bit. Then add the minced meat, fry. The stuffing should be carefully and constantly stir, to avoid lumps. The stuffing to cook for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add chopped greens. Transfer to a dish to cool slightly. I had the minced chicken, I immediately fried with onions. Pepper in the filling added fresh parsley along with the cooling of the filling. Also added a little grated cheese.
