Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Starch

    0.25 cup

  • Butter

I ball double portion products. Beat with a mixer the butter with the icing sugar and vanilla sugar to a smooth mass.

Sift the flour with the starch through a sieve.

Add the flour and starch to the butter-sugar mass and whisk well with a mixer. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Using a pastry bag or syringe to form small cookies.

Put the baking pan with prepared biscuits in the cold (I just put it on the balcony) for 30 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 -25 minutes until Browning (see for yourself, it all depends on the power of your oven).

The finished cookies sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Very, very, very tasty! They are not soft, but not solid. Great to eat these cookies with milk or tea.
