Crispy pita with filling
Very tasty, what can I say? the thin dough and juicy filling, perfect for snack both at home and in nature. Spring is coming, soon it will be barbecue-picnic period, so I decided to share the recipe with you.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    6 piece

  • Chicken

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    3 piece

  • Green onions

    2 sprig

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Cooking

Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Then add salt, sugar and oil. Leave alone for 5 minutes.

Then add the flour and knead the dough. Leave to go for 40-50 minutes.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces. Each roll out thinly into a circle. Bake on the grill from the microwave, in a preheated oven 250C. Roll out the next one until the first is ready.
