Cooking
In a bowl, beat well with a mixer the eggs and sugar.
Add vanilla, vegetable oil, milk, chopped walnuts, semolina, flour, sifted with baking powder.
A little whipped mass with a mixer.
Apples my, clean from the peel, RUB the dough on a coarse grater, mix.
I use this for baking of manna in the form of size 24*24 cm or 20*35 cm Shape smeared with softened butter, sprinkle with flour.
Pour the batter into the pan, smooth the top.
Baked manna in a preheated 190 degree oven for about 35-37 minutes (You may need slightly more or less time for baking, check the readiness of manna with a toothpick).
Hot manna smeared with apricot jam.
Pastries sprinkled with ground walnuts. Give the manna to cool, removed from the mold and cut into pieces. Bon appétit!
