Cooking
I make this meat!
Wash the meat and cut into pieces.
To the meat add your favorite seasoning for a shish kebab, salt, mix of pepper and, of course, soy sauce brand KIKKOMAN. On a fine grater grate the 4 bulbs. I was milled in a blender, it turns much faster, and crying is not necessary.
Mix well and mash with your hands. Cover with plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, preferably overnight.
