Kebab in the oven on a bed of onion
I want to offer you kebab cooked at home! The meat just melts in your mouth and is very similar to a real barbecue! The secret of this taste in a bed of onion. Cook this meat in once and the recipe will remain in your family for a long time!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    10 piece

  • Seasoning

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Vinegar

    80 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Wash the meat and cut into pieces.
