On the website there is already a recipe for this wonderful dish, but mine is a little different, so I want to share with You my version of cooking. Suddenly, someone come in handy. This is a wonderful, fragrant and very filling this dish is Georgian cuisine. A wonderful combination of Hops-Suneli, fresh herbs, garlic, potatoes and pork, will not leave You indifferent. So, let's eat!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Pork cut into medium pieces and add to the pan with vegetable oil. Fry, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes, until, until pieces are browned on all sides.

Onion cut into half rings and send to the meat, a little salt. Fry for 10 more minutes.

Cut the potato as you like I usually do slices. Fry until cooked in oil (you can also in another pan) and don't forget to add salt.

Finely chop the garlic. Potatoes to send to the pan with the meat. Add the garlic. Mix well.

Then add Hops-suneli, Basil (I have today is dry but with fresh turns at times delicious), a little parsley and dill.

Tomatoes cut in the same slices, to send to the pan, mix and on high heat cook for 1 minute.
