Chicken thighs in a spicy marinade
I assume this dish with chicken thighs can be attributed to Chinese cuisine... anyway, to me the recipe many years ago shared the girl from Taiwan... At a time when she's with me, they shared, we still difficult to find in retail fresh ginger root, healing and beneficial properties of which she paid special attention!

Ingredients

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

To prepare the marinade. To do this, squeeze the juice of two oranges, add the soy sauce, cut into slices garlic and chopped ginger. Separate the onion cut into half rings (you can take two onions, according to taste).

Chicken thighs, wash, put in a bowl and pour the marinade, add the onion, and mix well. Leave to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil to get the chicken pieces from the marinade and fry on both sides until Golden brown.

Shift thighs roasted in a fireproof dish. You can lightly pepper.

In a pan, pour the remaining marinade and boil it for 3-4 minutes.

Pour chicken thighs with marinade and put bake in pre-heated 200°C oven for 25-30 minutes. If onions begin to burn, cover the dish with foil.
