Don't know about You, but for me the holidays always want to try something interesting and not trite. And yet, to a lot of time not occupied. This is such a recipe! Beautiful, unusual, and slightly tangy side dish of everyone's favorite potato!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Broth

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Potatoes peel and grate on a grater for Korean carrot. Rinse in cold water several times. In this dish, it is very important to rinse the potatoes! So don't be lazy! :)

Drain potatoes in a colander. Then put on a normal or a paper towel. Write a little dry, but no more than 20 minutes.

To prepare this side dish is better to take a big wok. If You have a small pan or You will increase the amount of ingredients, it is better to fry in small portions. Heat sunflower oil over high heat to a high temperature, spread the bell pepper and notched cloves of garlic, sauté for 1 minute. Then garlic and pepper to be removed and disposed of.
