Cooking
In this recipe we use the Jasmine rice from TM "Mistral", vegetables, sunflower oil, flour. These products will be in the house every housewife. The dish is hearty, tasty and LEAN.
Pepper cut into strips, carrots grate on a grater, onion cut into half rings
Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil with the addition of tomato paste.
Fry until soft. Add salt to taste
While preparing the vegetables - take the rice, wash
Pour the 1.5 cups of water, cook rice until soft, add salt to taste.
Rice drop on a sieve and reserve the water. I got one glass of water. Give her a little stand and cool, then the top part is the glass half - drained, and the other half Cup of water leave
And on this water knead the dough (like dumplings)
Roll out the dough into a circle
Then fold the circle in half, rolled the small dough with a rolling pin
Now fold the semicircle in half, yet received a quarter. And again roll out into a circle. To do so 2-3 times in order that the dough was much softer.
Now on the rolled out circle of dough spread the cooked rice. Distribute it evenly
2-3 cloves of garlic to squeeze through chesnokodavilku and distribute it on top of rice
With a rolling pin to gently roll the rice, pressing it into the dough. Then the dough roll in half and roll out to a thickness of approximately 2-3 mm
Here is should get raised dough
A glass of small diameter (3-4 cm), cut out circles
Now proceed to "bear lugs". Each circle, fold in half and blind in the center
Then the opposite edge is also blind to each other
Should get here such a cute "bear ears". If they released their much - it is possible to freeze for future use.
Now in the pan with the vegetables add a Cup of boiling water (more may be necessary), wait until boil and put cooked "bear ears". The water should cover all the contents of the pan. Add to taste black pepper, squeezed through chesnokodavilku 2-3 cloves of garlic and a tablespoon of chopped dill can be dried. Cook on low heat, 5-10 minutes to evaporate half the liquid.
