Peach jam with star anise
And I again and You jam:). Continue to spoil their favorite suns. In the original recipe (it is taken from "recipes loving wife", by Natalie) this jam was called "pepper and anise", but I add pepper when the first experiment was afraid, and did not find pink peppercorns. And jam and without it was very tasty and flavorful.

Ingredients

As soon as the syrup has begun to boil again, fill it with peaches and start to cook our jam. The author of the recipe had specified what to bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. It seemed to me that this time is still not enough to make jams, but I cook not very experienced, so I decided to play it safe, the more stand it will have me in the apartment in the closet. I made around 1.5-2 hours on very low heat, for 10-15 minutes before end of cooking I added star anise (pepper was added, but the recipe just for him). Our delicious Apple jam is ready, pour it into sterilized jars, close and wrap it up until cool.
