Creamy soup with shrimp
Easy to prepare, mouth-watering creamy soup with shrimp and a hint of lemon. This soup is very popular in our family. I've had the least amount of time, so in advance I apologize for such bad pictures...

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    500 g

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Cream cheese

    1 pack

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Greens

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Wash shrimp in cool water, throws in boiling water. There squeeze half of the lemon, sprinkle with salt and seasoned with Italian herbs or other favorite seasonings to taste. Allow to boil and remove the shrimp after 2 minutes. Reserve the broth, we'll need it later. Clean the shrimp, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Bring the cream to a boil (on low heat), add to it cream cheese, preferably without additives.

Bulgarian pepper and onion cut into cubes, fry in butter 5 minutes, add the peeled shrimp.

Pour hot cream cheese in the pan with the peppers and shrimp, diminish the heat to low and cook until thick state.

Meanwhile, strain the broth in which the cooked shrimp through a fine sieve, reserve 500ml, put on fire and bring to a boil. Pour stewed vegetables in cream, stirring, cook for another 3 minutes, Bring to taste with salt, seasonings. When serving add finely chopped fresh herbs, ground black pepper and a slice of lemon. Tender the soup is ready, Bon appetit!
