A loaf stuffed with cheese, garlic and greens, to barbecue. Inspired recipe from a Mother and M. A. (with changes).
Prepare 2 long and soft loaf.
Grate cheese on a fine grater, mix with ketchup and mayonnaise.
Add the chopped greens. Mix well.
Squeeze the garlic mixture, mix well.
With this mixture fill the incisions in the loaves.
This protein bar is obtained.
The remaining mixture to coat the loaf on top. The loaves wrapped in foil.
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 C with a closed foil. Then another 10 minutes with foil open.
Here's to the yummy kebabs.
To do best in front of the barbecue that the bar was warm. But cold can be heated on a skewer :)
