Cooking
Beat the eggs with sugar. Add sour cream and cottage cheese. Mix well. Sift flour with baking powder. Add in curd weight, quickly and gently mix. Pour in the melted butter. The dough is ready!
Be sure to look at the consistency test. It will be thick, but do not overdo it with flour. A lot depends on the cheese. It can be dry and then flour should be less.

Apples peel, remove core and cut into slices.
