Cooking
In principle, everything is very simple, as long as the ingredients were at room temperature, and the water is warm. Into the water pour soy sauce, add a pinch of sugar and yeast.
To this liquid mixture add a Cup of flour and stir thoroughly. Dry yeast, if good quality, do not need pre-proofing, and so they "come alive".
Sun-dried tomatoes (I make them myself, in season tomatoes), finely chop. For this amount of dough is enough for 6 slices, but, in principle, can be more. Also to the dough I add the oil, which contained tomatoes, or take just olive.
Add the chopped tomatoes to the dough, stir.
Add another 1-1,5 cups flour, knead, if the dough is too sticky, then a 1/2 stack. flour, but no more, the dough should not be tough, must remain soft and supple. Cover with foil and leave it in heat to increase two times (30-50 minutes).
When the dough has risen, punch down slightly, it can be a little sticky, but the flour I no longer add, so as not to weigh down the structure.
The filling can be absolutely any, from cheese, mushrooms to sausage and meat, pineapple, capers, etc. the Principle of toppings to the pizza.
My version: cream cheese (for my daughter), cheese + sun-dried tomato (for me).
I prefer this small form, exactly two bites. Very convenient for the guests, it is not necessary to eat all night with one bun, you can try out different flavors.
To put into shape, leaving a little space between the "balls"
Grease tomato sauce or ketchup and sprinkle with grated cheese. Leave in warmth for 15-20 minut.
Bake at medium temperature until it will turn brown (orientiruites on your oven).
