Tender cake with berries and creamy butter filling. The dough on the cheese. It turns out just amazing, easy and not very sweet! Berries I took frozen: currants and some strawberries.

Cooking
The RUB cottage cheese with egg and sugar, add the cream and vegetable oil. Add flour and soda (repaid). Stir until smooth, put into the form (either split or normal dimmed with baking paper, otherwise get will be a bit difficult), slightly greased with vegetable oil. Dough, make the crust.
The berries I took the frozen black and red currants, and some wild strawberries (real strawberries, small). Has not released them, just washed slightly with cold water. Pour the berries into the dough.
Whisk the eggs, sour cream, cream, sugar and vanilla. It turns out the liquid mixture.
Pour it over the berries.
Bake at a temperature of about 180 deg. until Golden brown. I took a little over an hour, but it depends on the oven! When we take out the pie, the middle should wobble, this is normal. Let cool in the form, then it is better to put in the fridge for a couple of hours. I have it just stood all night in the oven.
Then it freezes and may crack slightly on top, the taste is not affected. And – ready mouth-watering treat to coffee. Bon appetit and spring mood!
