Cooking
1. Onion grate or skip through Mincer, add to the stuffing. Also add soy sauce and pepper, chopped garlic and nuts. Knead well the minced meat and remove for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Then shape the meatballs.
2. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Cut into strips with a width slightly greater than the diameter of the meatballs.
3. On skewers thread the dough with meatballs, as pictured.
4. Preheat the oven to 180C. Lay the skewers on a baking sheet and bake until tender, approximately 25-30 minutes.
