Cooking

step-0
For this recipe you can use any mushrooms, even fresh, though frozen, even dried, even canned (no vinegar), I have mushrooms that I collected myself. They must wash and dry.
step-1
Cabbage cut into segments and cook in boiling, salted water for 5-6 minutes. I had cabbage, but you can use regular, millet slightly increase the cooking time. Form for baking grease with vegetable oil, Kale, remove with a slotted spoon to drain the excess water and put it in the form.
step-2
Mushrooms if necessary and cut onions clear and finely chop. In skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry the onion and mushrooms on medium heat for 10 minutes until it will turn brown.
step-3
Add the flour and fry for another two minutes.
step-4
Now on to the highlight of our casseroles, namely the Maggi dressing for the pickle and pickle, add it to the mushrooms and simmer for another couple of minutes.
step-5
Finally add sour cream and simmer another 3-4 minutes.
step-6
Cover the cabbage with mushroom sauce and marinated cucumbers. From top to grate cheese I have the Dutch.
step-7
Put the form in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 15 minutes, until Golden brown. Bon appetit!!!
