  • Apple

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    200 ml

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

Peel the ginger, the garlic and ginger finely chop. Apple peel, grate. Squeeze the juice from half of a lemon.

For the marinade I took brown sugar TM "Mistral"

Mix sugar, spices, salt, Apple, tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, 2 tbsp of olive oil.

Wash the chicken, Pat dry, coat with marinade. Cover with cling film, put into the refrigerator overnight. Time of preparation with no time for marinating.
