Ingredients

  • Cream cheese

    80 g

  • Powdered sugar

    450 g

  • Extract

    1 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a blender, chopper or processor and blend on high speed until smooth.
step-1
Obtained plastic mass. Depending on the moisture content of cream cheese can be either loose, or not thick enough. Then you will need to add accordingly, or a little cream cheese, or powdered sugar.
step-2
Dazzle the resulting "dough" balls, lay them on baking paper. On top of the balls to flatten with a fork. Refrigerate for 12 hours ( six hours to turn candy to the bottoms dry). Mint extract I made myself. 1/4 Cup chopped, washed and dried mint leaves pour 100 g of vodka and 100 g of water and infuse for 3 weeks, from time to time shaking her. Before using strain the extract.
step-3
That's all. You can brew tea or coffee and enjoy! Coins are stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks. You can lay them out on a tray and freeze. Then place in a container and store in the freezer up to six months. Before giving on a table to hold the day in the fridge, spread on a tray in a single row.
