Add hot pepper, sugar. Add salt according to your taste. Cook for 35 minutes. Caution! While boiling may splash!
After 35 minutes add finely chopped garlic and vinegar. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Hot salad spread into sterilized jars and tighten. Turn upside down, wrap it up and leave the room to cool down. Then put it in the basement or refrigerator. I got a total of 5 liter bottles.
