Marinated mushrooms with ginger
Now comes the post, and of course, pickles and marinades firmly occupy a place of honor on our table. Without them, fasting would be quite boring. I want to offer You my version of the marinade. I looked through all the recipes in this category and not found one similar to mine.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    0.5 piece

  • Ginger

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

    200 ml

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    70 ml

1. Wash and boil the mushrooms without salt. Drain the broth and put into a bowl. By the way, the broth can be used later for soup, sauce, etc.

9. Fill a jar and refrigerate. It's okay if the marinade does not fully cover the mushrooms. Just 2 times in day it is necessary to mix them. The day after the mushrooms are ready. Be stored in the refrigerator can and week and two.
