Juicy, delicious, spicy pork with prunes in the Eastern style. The recipe arose spontaneously, was prepared several times, corrected all the shortcomings and now this recipe is one of my favorites. The meat turns out very tender and juicy.

Cooking
Meat cut as for chops, beat off, sprinkle with lemon juice and soy sauce, leave to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature, or overnight in the refrigerator.
Prunes pour boiling water, to steam, cut into long pieces.
Spread on each slice a couple of cherkasovano and a collapsible roll.
On a dry frying pan, pour the marinade, add sugar (honey) and spread the onion, cut into rings, on top of the rolls and if the left - prunes, fry on medium heat under a lid for about 5 minutes on each side. Then add mineral water, a little salt and simmer until cooked under a lid, on medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes (try to knife easily passed).
