Meat baked in foil
A great dish for the holiday table. Easy to prepare: simply marinate the meat and let it waiting in the wings. At the right time baked it in the oven and serve. In the form of "Books& ;quot; looks impressive and creates a sort of batch submission: each leaf of our "Books& ;quot; is one serving.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1000 g

  • Onion

  • Mustard

  • Mayonnaise

  • Garlic

  • Salt

Meat wash and cut to make a "book" — into pieces in the thickness of 1-1,5 cm, but not completely.
