Cabbage spicy, sweet and sour
Cabbage, layered with marcovicci, garlic and herbs, and rested 2 days in a spicy marinade (with the addition adzhika). One of the favorite snacks of our feast, especially in the cold season goes with a Bang.

So let's start: the cabbage cut into pieces-triangles (where the cm 10 x 15). Separately in a bowl grate the carrots, there also put washers chopped garlic, chopped dill and chopped Bay leaf (each leaf broken into 6 parts). All mix, is our "filling" for the layer. The marinade is prepared simply: all the ingredients (water, sugar, oil, salt, sauce and vinegar) mix in a saucepan and boil.
