So sick of high-calorie soups winter that today I decided to prepare an easy vitamin soup with nettles, the benefit it is already very much in my garden. Know that this recipe is not new, most likely, especially on our website. But I tried to decorate the dish with flowers and leaves to make it easier for all to wait for heat.

Cooking
Describe the whole process in detail, and then, suddenly, the young girls are afraid to cook and eat nettles (like I did)... :) Put rubber gloves on his hands and tear the nettle, then the house interrupts the leaves (with gloves on) and wash them (except the dust can be all sorts of insects).

This soup can be eaten hot and cold - that is, "the Amateur" and depending on weather conditions. We got hot so we ate it cold. Pour the soup over the plates, put the petrushechka, a quarter of the eggs and a little cream. And charged with vitamins.
