Delicious creamy soup with croutons, a unique French touch.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    9 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Bread

  • Milk

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Clean and fry the onion and garlic.

Peel the potatoes, cut it cubes and put in pan. Add fried onions and garlic, the tomato paste and pour all 3 cups of water. Put on fire and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Cooked vegetables grind in a blender along with the broth, add hot milk, butter and salt to taste.

For croutons cut the crust off white bread and cut it cubes. Our fry the cubes in butter.

In the plate with soup to put blanched greens. Serve with croutons.
