Soup with squids
Very tasty and easy soup for seafood lovers and for vegetable food.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 l

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Onions and carrots to clean. Onion cut into thin half-rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater. Better for Korean carrot. Fry the vegetables in a small amount of vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Squid rinse (I had already cleaned. If not cleaned, it is necessary, therefore, to clean). Boil in a saucepan 1 liter of water salt, to lower the squid and cook for 3 minutes after boiling.
