Combine oil and honey (if honey is stiff, as I have - it is better slightly warmed in the microwave), add milk and egg, mix everything well. Flour mixed with baking powder, sift, add to the batter. It's very soft elastic dough. You can immediately begin to shape the biscuits, but it is better to wait a bit, sending the wrapped dough in the fridge to rest for 30 minutes.

The dough is rested, you can make the biscuits. Form them in several ways: roll out the dough into a sausage and cut into desired number of pieces, form each piece a ball and gently flatten it into a flapjack thickness of 0.5 cm - that is to say, everyday option. You can roll out all the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut out cookies or mold, or shaped with a knife or a glass (like me). One way or another prepared the biscuits, put on the laid baking paper baking sheet.
