Cooking
I prepare the dough as in recipe "Cakes "Crab", only the number of ingredients increases about 1.5 times and add vanilla.
Powder matcha tea is mixed with water.
Divide the dough into two equal parts. One part is left in the bread machine bucket, add the matcha tea, stirred with water. Include the bread maker again on the regime of the dough to a uniform distribution of tea in the test.
Two pieces of dough covered with foil and give them to increase in volume by approximately two times.
Each piece of dough is divided into 6 equal parts.
Mold each piece of dough ball, cover with a billet wrap and leave them to rest for about 10-15 minutes.
Take one piece of dough, pinch off a piece of dough weighing about 6-8 grams, again formed from two pieces of dough balls.
A larger ball of dough is rolled into an oval with a length of about 16 cm and a width of about 7 cm. with a Knife cut the oval into two parts, as in the photo.
Two pieces of dough stacked on top of each other, as in the photo.
Bend the upper part of the test to the junction of the two lanes.
Grip the bow in the middle, as pictured.
A small ball of dough rolled out thinly into an oval.
Slightly unroll the roll of dough lengthways.
The bow is inverted, in the center put a small strip of dough, flip again and paste edges of the strips located in the center of the bow. Again, turn the bow.
In the same way is formed the rest of the bows. Shift the procurement of dough on a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet.
And here is the finished bows from the green dough.
The workpiece covered with foil and give them to increase in volume by approximately two times.
Brush the bows with the beaten egg.
Bake rolls in a preheated 190 degree oven for around 12 minutes. Bon appétit!
