Warm salad with chicken liver and mushrooms
I looked at the website, found a pair of warm salad with chicken liver, but they are different in composition. So take my option. Very tender salad, thanks to the creamy sauce and chicken liver, and, at the same time, very satisfying (to me replace a full dinner).

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

  • Soy sauce

    3 tsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Spices

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

Lettuce a good wash, dry, tear or cut, spread on plates. Cut cucumber and tomato. Distribute on plates. Herbs to taste and a spoonful of soy sauce in each bowl.

Mushrooms cut. I took three large fresh mushroom. Wash the liver, cut into small pieces.

Heated vegetable oil, add chopped garlic, fry it in oil for 30 seconds (the oil should pick up the garlic flavor). Then add the mushrooms, fry for 3-4 minutes. Then chicken liver. Fry, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

It was the turn of cream and mustard. Let the cream to boil and switch off (if the cream is watery before you pour them into the pan, add the liver a teaspoon of flour and mix well).

Do not wait until they cool down. Spread the liver with the sauce on plates. Bon appetit!!!!
